Durning our intial evaluation meeting we will determine if your product is a match for our unquie manufacturing capabilities.

We are experts in super-soft cushioning technologies and will partner with your team to select the right materials for your product's performance, durability, safety and regulatory requirements.

You can expect perliminary cost estimates within one day of our initial discovery meeting, and final numbers as we move throughout the process.

We are one of the few manufactures that has in house prototyping capabilities. We can work with your existing design files or our CAD designer can help you to create your product. 

We will then create the mold on our in-house CNC-Machine.

This shortens the mold-making process to a few days for saving you time and money. 

Once we have milled your mold on our CNC-machine we will create your product protype to your design specifications.

You will then approval the protoype for full-scale production.

If any issues are discovered during the approval process they will be addressed immediately.

Products can be packed in clamshells, blisters or heat-sealed packaging with ourautomated packaging equipment. We also provide bulk packing of products for industrial, safety and medical products.

We have over 50 team members working three shifts, seven days a week.

We are flexible, responsive to your requests and accustomed to tight schedules. Our minimum order requirements are quite reasonable.

Finished products are thoroughly inspected, to ensure they meet the PPM quality commitment. 

Then sealed and packaged and prepared for shipment to you, distribution centers or stores around the world.
